Nomva Announces $3M Fundraising Round

SANTA MONICA (February 17, 2016)—Today Phenomenal Foods, LLC dba “Nomva” announced their close of a $3 million Series A fundraising round. Having just released its products in October of 2015, this company is off to a striking start, with its current company value estimated at $13M post-money.

Nomva Story
Nomva was created by Caroline and Nina, a pair of 22-year-old entrepreneurs who share the simple belief that the food we eat should empower and inspire us to be happy and healthy. The two banned together to build an organic food company that meets the needs of the well fed and poorly nourished generation. Nomva starts each pack with whole, organic fruits and vegetables, blended together to maintain the natural fiber. Next, each Nomva is infused with billions of probiotics to give consumers digestive and immune benefits superior to those from probiotics in leading yogurt brands. This all wraps into an organic, non-GMO, never heated, carbon neutral, and zero additive, grab and go pack.

CEO Caroline Beckman, speaks to these relationships saying, “We are incredibly excited to be partnering with industry leaders in order to provide early and strategic growth for Nomva”.
